- Clean, sanitised treatment room between sessions
- Therapist washes and sanitises hands before and after each session
- High-touch areas disinfected regularly
- Oils, lotions, and equipment stored safely

- Appointments must be booked in advance
- Prices, services, and availability may change without prior notice
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment
- Right to refuse treatment if unsafe or inappropriate
- Late arrivals may result in a shorter session
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice
- Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur full appointment fee
- No-shows will be charged full amount
